GlassFish Related Items on Java.net

I installed Glassfish 3.1.2.2 without deploying any application. When I started the instance, I got the error below: javax.enterprise.system.core.com.sun.enterprise.v3.server|_ThreadID=10;_ThreadName=Thread-2;|Exception while invoking class com.sun.enterprise.web.WebApplication start method java.lang.Exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException: ContainerBase.addChild: start: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: No object bound to name java:/comp/Resourcesjava.lang.IllegalStateException: ContainerBase.addChild: start: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: No object bound to name java:/comp/Resources javax.enterprise.system.std.com.sun.enterprise.server.logging|_ThreadID=20;_ThreadName=Thread-2;|java.lang.RuntimeException: Port 28688 is not available for the internal rmi registry. This means that a call was made with the same port, without closing earlier registry instance. This has to do with the system jmx connector configuration in admin-service element of the configuration associated with this instance Anyone is using Glassfish 3.1.2.2 and having the similar issue? Please advise.
