Douglas Tait

Douglas Tait received his B.S. in Computer Sciences from Temple University and his M.S.
in Computer Architecture and Network Design from the University of Pennsylvania.
His computer experience includes companies such as Unisys, Telesciences, General
Electric and Martin Marietta. He spent several years developing device drivers for
SS7 protocol stacks and became the program manager for AIN projects at
MCI and Sprint. At Sun he founded the JAIN Initiative and continues to drive
Java into Communications.
