The Dynamic Code Evolution Virtual Machine (DCE VM) is a modification of the Java HotSpot(TM) VM that allows unlimited redefinition of loaded classes at runtime. The current hotswapping mechanism of the HotSpot(TM) VM allows only changing method bodies. Our enhanced VM allows adding and removing fields and methods as well as changes to the super types of a class.

jLogMan displays the current state of java.util.logging's Loggers and Handlers in an "Outline" (a tree table widget). With it you can create new Loggers and Handlers and change logging levels. There are Actions to save/restore logging configurations to/from files and an option to apply the configuration at startup. It can be dropped into any swing app (tested with jre 1.6 and 1.7); there is a NetBeans plugin. See the wiki for details and docs.

Faban is practically the consolidation of our benchmark development and management knowledge and experience. It is a facility for developing and running benchmarks. It has two major components, the Faban harness and the Faban driver framework.
