Someone in my company's legal department has told us to pull jh.jar out of all our Java applications. It's a large company so I haven't been able to find out why. People seem to think it has something to do with the license agreement. I've been through everything provided in the jh2.0 development kit and done an Internet search. The only thing I can find to indicate a problem is a widely reposted forum conversation (http://forums.java.net/jive/servlet/JiveServlet/download/71-5760-230106-... ). This is little better than hearsay.
Does anybody know what the deal is with jh.jar distribution? More importantly, where do I find the legal text that specifies it?
I'm frustrated. Six years worth of work just got chucked into the trash. When I try to tell anybody that I can't find any substantial evidence for what legal is telling us, nobody wants to listen. (I didn't know lawyers were perfect.)
Thanks in Advance
