JAX-WS and SharePoint Web Service question

Hi All,

I've run into an issue with JAX-WS under NetBeans 6.9 and the UserGroup web Service for SharePoint.
I have a small test app, that use the Authentication Web Service to retrieve the authentication mode of the SharePoint server.
The application works fine, and returns the authentication mode.
But as soon as I add the UserGroup Web service to the project, without changing any code at all (that is without using the UserGroup web service), I get a run time error when querying the Authentication mode.
The error message is: "java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect"

Anyone has any clue why the web service JAX-WS changes the Authentication web service calls?

Here's the code that works when UserGroup web service is not added to the project, but fails with UserGroup is added:

Code:

AuthenticationMode result = null;

try { // Call Web Service Operation
Authentication service = new Authentication();
AuthenticationSoap port = service.getAuthenticationSoap();
result = port.mode();
} catch (Exception e) {
throw new Exception("Unable to retrieve Authentication Mode. " + e.toString());
}

Turns out, NetBeans reset the run parameters when changing the linked Web Services.
It added a Proxy configuration that I am no longer behind.
