Rel-C pod ready issue

It seems like Rel C has new changes in mpe_podImpl.c where checking the pod is ready to start the pod worker thread. POD will not be ready until mpeos_podInit() is called. So this new changes never start the pod worker thread to receive any POD events. Because of this issue SI manger never started and ocap_main never try to launch the application. Removing the changes fixed the problem.

Yes - confirmed that an issue was introduced in Rel-C that would cause issues with implementations who's POD was not fast-initialized.

The fix is straight-forward. Could you file a bug for this to make sure people are aware of the issue?

Actually I went ahead and filed issue 247 (https://ocap-ri.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=247) for this issue - which should be marked fixed very shortly.
