GlassFish v3 and localhost in Windows7

I can only open a web page when glassfish v3 is running using my computer name (admin-pc).
For example http://admin-pc:8080/.
Why http://localhost:8080 is not working?
Here is what netstat reveals :

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State

TCP 192.168.2.3:8080 Admin-PC:22191 ESTABLISHED

Another question is whether glassfish needs both listeners it creates.
Another strange thing I saw is that both listeners listen to 0.0.0.0 ip address.

Thank you.

Ok I fixed the typo. What I am getting is 404 Not Found when I try http://localhost:8080 or when I try http://127.0.0.1:8080
The only thing that works is http://admin-pc:8080
(admin-pc is the name of my windows 7 pc)

You know that there is no : between localhost and 8080 above? assuming this
is just a typo what happens when you bring up cmd ping localhost? what is the
actual error you see?

Regards.
