Hi everyone,

On the RI Emulator output console, there appears to be a lot of noise (presumably from the OCAP Stack) along with the debug output from our application. Moreover, it scroll's up very fast and most of the time I miss capturing the earliest lines. Is there any way to redirect the output (from the OCAP stack) to a file or control the debug level on the RI Emulator output console?

Thanks

The wiki has a few entries about logging, the most recent involves using Chainsaw for log viewing and analysis. There is also information about current log configuration files/capabilities:

Thanks csweeney!

However, i see the following lines on the RI Emulator startup. My understanding is that these indicate some level of logging for different modules of the OCAP stack and somehow we should be able to modify them as per the needs. Is it possible to do so?

Yes - configuration of logging is explained here: https://devzone.cablelabs.com/widget/web/ocapri/1/-/wiki/OCAP%20RI%20Pub...
