no "for" attribute for f:ajax?

Is it just an oversight that there is no "for" attribute in f:ajax? If I can expose an actionSource in a composite component, I would like the using page to be able to attach an f:ajax to that action source.

Thanks,
Joel

Thanks, Roger.
