I don't know, what, exactly you need, but here's what's helped me so far...

http://www.amazon.com/Interactive-TV-Standards-Guide-JavaTV/dp/0240806662

http://www.tvwithoutborders.com

Buried within the source you download for the RI emulator is some javadoc 'stuff' for the code, and also a 'qa' application that, while not the most straightforward and basic, does come in handy from time-to-time.

The top-level project page lists numerous resources, most importantly the public OCAP specifications. These are located at http://www.opencable.com/specifications/host.html. The OCAP core and extensions specs provide the requirements for the OCAP-RI code base.
You may also want to peruse the training session slides referenced on the main project page.
Finally there are numerous textbooks on the subject, for example "Interactive TV Standards: A Guide to MHP, OCAP, and JavaTV" [not an endorsement].

Hi

Thanks for your information.

Actually i find some demo viedos slides which are empty, in the Training Slides presented in the OCAP Project home site. Can anyone please provide me the link to see those viedos? I think it will guide me to understand better.

That link works fine for me. If you are being prompted for a username and password, try username of cruise, password of cruise.
