Hi.

I have written an app which crashes with the above error whenever I try to launch it on my Windows Mobile phone. It works fine in the emulator and on my BlackBerry.

By commenting out large parts of the program I have worked out which line causes the crash. It is the line where I declare an object of the type generated by the Web Service stub generator. The stub generator in question is the one which is part of the Sun J2ME SDK 3.0.

I have tried switching from copiling for CLDC1.1 to CLDC1.0 but it didn't help.

Does anyone know how I can use the Web Service stub generator with my Windows Mobile phone and avoid this error message?

Regards,

Adam

This is a problem with your development environment, rather than your application.

Can you offer me any clues regarding where in the dev environment I should look to find the problem?

It is odd that my BlackBerry runs correctly, while my Windows Mobile fails. I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

Regards,

Adam
