[JAI] how to calculate the first significant rgb pixel in a subtracted image using jai

I have subtracted image from 2 rendered images.
Now i have to find out in which coordinates (say x,y) there is a significant
rgb change to plot it as a region of interest
Can anyone kindly help me in this regard.
