We are having some partial success with network access. Some players allow the connection, others don't. I found on these forums a compiled version of the twitterGRIN-discimage. This works on one of the players that our own build fails on.

These are the params being used for signing:

java -cp security.jar;"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_16\lib\tools.jar";bcprov-jdk15-137.jar net.java.bd.tools.security.BDCertGenerator -root 7fff0001

java -cp security.jar;"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_16\lib\tools.jar";bcprov-jdk15-137.jar net.java.bd.tools.security.BDCertGenerator -app 7fff0001

java -cp security.jar;"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_16\lib\tools.jar";bcprov-jdk15-137.jar net.java.bd.tools.security.BDSigner 00000.jar

and the perm file:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

*

and here is the bdjo in xml

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>

Maybe unrelated, but the org ID in the PRF violates BD schema - only lowercase a-f are allowed.
