FireFox and Applet problems

I'm having problem with applets in (Windows XP) FireFox 3.6 and JRE version 1.6.0_16.
Btw, Java Control Panel - "Enable the next-generation Java plug-in" is checked.

I created a simple applet which outputs text and added it to html, but it's not working in FireFox.
In fact - it's working just in one case: when file is opened from folder where it is located. When I call it from server - it shows that applet is loading all the time and never finishes loading (no exceptions in console).
Same problem with more complicated - signed applet. When I open it from folder it works in FF, shows "trust signing dialog" and everything works.

Same problem is with all applets here:
Loading shows, but applets are never finished loading.
In IE7 it works fine.

It's interesting that on other few PCs these applets are loaded successfully (locally and from server). Same FF and JRE versions and settings. Already cleaned caches, but its not helping. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
