As I don't have BDJ stub and specification document license,It will help full some one confirm, can I able to launch my custom BD-J app from SD card on top of any market BD-J title?

Thanks in advance,

Similar Question - different twist :

Can I launch a custom BD-J app from SD when no blu ray disk is in the player?

I'm looking to take advantage of having BD players already connected to the TV as a display platform option for home automation UI.

Oh heavens no. That would violate the security model six ways from Sunday.

No, when you're playing a disc, the disc owns the experience. The code on the disc can manage download via BD-Live if it so chooses, but in all cases the disc is in control. This is intentional.
