Hi,

I am unable to get german error messages.
Using Mojara 2.0.2 b10 on Glassfish v3, latest updates installed a second ago.

I tried:

with

de
de
en

and even

but get

j_idt6:in: Validation Error: Specified attribute is not between the expected values of 5 and 10.

how to get german messages?
What am I doing wrong?

regards

Bernd

second way
See the file message.properties contained in the jar archive of the JSF implementation used. Recover key messages you want to change and see them in your own file bundle. Then declare this file in the bundle configuration file faces-config.xml:

my.package.my.file.bundle
and use the tag
thanks
good luck

hello
you can use or .with an properties file when you must define the value these vattribues in german
* javax.faces.component.UIInput.REQUIRED
* javax.faces.validator.NOT_IN_RANGE
* javax.faces.validator.DoubleRangeValidator.MAXIMUM
* javax.faces.validator.DoubleRangeValidator.TYPE
* javax.faces.validator.DoubleRangeValidator.MINIMUM
* javax.faces.validator.LongRangeValidator.MAXIMUM
* javax.faces.validator.LongRangeValidator.MINIMUM
* javax.faces.validator.LongRangeValidator.TYPE
* javax.faces.validator.LengthValidator.MAXIMUM
* javax.faces.validator.LengthValidator.MINIMUM
finally add in your facesconfig.xml this code

"path of your properties"

thinks
good luck

Are there any options to do this without configuring facesconfig.xml. Currently I am using annotations and have managed without this file so far.

I've done some quick tests and I see German messages displayed when I
force the locale as you have.
As to what the problem is, I don't see anything off with the configuration.

If you're able to see the same problem using a 2.0.3 nightly build,
please open an issue and attach a test
case and we'll investigate.

This has been fixed. You should be able to verify using tonight's nightly build.
