What is the general step or way for put my wonderland online?

At one time, wasn't my.run.properties overridden by web-default.properties (or maybe, web-logging.properties)?
I think it's in trunk/web/server/
Let me check with kaplanj when he gets in (Pacific time)...
Let me download the preview2 binary and try out these settings to see what i get...
this is the link
That ip address is not accessible from the internet (or at least from the bit of the internet that I'm on)
i've try all...
i've farmatted, install all, set my.run.properties
#The IP address of the web server
but don't run again
Why do you set wonderland.webserver.url? (especially since you are setting it to your internal URL). I think wonderland.webserver.url is derived from wonderland.webserver.host
2. In some cases, you will want the server to maintain an internal address, but report a separate "public" address. In this case, the setup is a little more complicated. You will need to set the variable "wonderland.webserver.url" to "http://188.8.131.52:8080/" in my.run.properties. Then in the web UI, you will need to edit the properties of the Darkstar server, and set the variable "darkstar.host.public" to "184.108.40.206
i follow this step... If I understood correctly
Yes, but the clients use wonderland.webserver.url to access the server, so I think that has to be the public address too. Let me read the previous thread you linked.
Oh, I see -- the 93.x.x.x is your public address? I can't reach it though, so I was assuming it was internal.
my ip is dinamic, i've shoutdown the router...
have you need of my ip?
Nope, I don't need -- but since you gave out the IP address, my first instinct was to check whether I could reach it.
Are you sure your problems are IP address related? Does the web server start up? Do all of the server components start up? Are there any exceptions in the logs?
Are you sure your problems are IP address related?
the if haven't problem...
>on windows 7 i installed a webserver on port 8088 and it run
>wonderland server work on ubuntu 8.04
Does the web server start up?
in my intranet i ve 3 pc and i access to web administrator's page of wonderland:
WELCOME TO WONDERLAND PROJECT only in my intranet
the server run:
[java] Wonderland web server started successfully.
[java] Log files are in /home/diego/.wonderland-server/0.5-preview2/log
[java] Web server running on http://192.168.0.144:8080/
192.168.0.144 is the internal ip
Do all of the server components start up?
Yes, it's all ok
Are there any exceptions in the logs?
i've write the problem in the terminal and web_server.log.0
Huh, I don't know why it still uses your internal (192.x.x.x) IP address in:
Web server running on http://192.168.0.144:8080/
That should be your external address if you've set wonderland.web.url.
I don't think that exception in the log matters...
how i can solve it?
only to me there is the problem?
you have any suggestions?
Hello, thanks for sharing... Online matters means, you can get the best solution from the google search only.. I want to share my experiences with you about the internet speed test.. First of all you must get the internet speed test in here http://www.ip-details.com/internet-speed-test/ ... It is very clear to know our internet speed... Am also using this site for my net speed test.. Just you get accelerator for your slow net speed problem... Am also using the accelerator for that matter...
If this issue isn't resolved, please repost your message on the new forum:
I was able to get to your server (by name, not IP) and the client downloaded and I got to your landing page OK. The world appears to be empty, i.e. just the sky box.

I got a "bad response from server"
My father, Victor Moore (Vic) used to say:
"There are two Great Sins in the world...
..the Sin of Ignorance, and the Sin of Stupidity.
Only the former may be overcome." R.I.P. Dad.

There are any solution?
I'm a bit confused... what do you mean by "online"? I can get to your landing page using the link, and presumably, I can launch the client (although I haven't tried).
