picking Point from shape on collision

I have some small problem. I have loaded object obj to my virtual universe. I have tool which its movements are mapped to mouse. I have behavior to be able to detected collision between model and tool. Problem is, I want to be able to pick which of the model points are in collision with tool. Is this able to do this by Picking? Or I have to go throught all GeometryArray points and count it?
