Newbie Question: Are Rendezvous default seed lists not being maintained?

When I set networkManager.setUseDefaultSeeds( true ) I think it is trying to connect to
http://rdv.jxtahosts.net/cgi-bin/rendezvous.cgi?3 to obtain a list of possibly available rendezvous seeds. However on pinging the IP addresses of all the seeds in that list, they all time out. Is this because nobody is maintaining this list anymore or that there simply are no rendezvous seeds out there anymore that are always online? Thank you

If I telnet into the seeds they are not available. Any ideas? Should it not be possible to make the list of seeds updatable from running instances of rendezvous that take a log of how long they remain connected to the internet per day and if it is more than a certain amount they make a call to a server which updates the list of seeds? This way only rendeezvous which are on mostly all the time remain on the seed list? Thank you

No default seed list are not maintained anymore. I don't know why.
