hi

i'm new to j2me and currently trying to test http post and get but not sure on how to go about connecting to the servlet. I am using java wireless toolkit as my emulator and have wamp server running. Is it possible to use my servlet code in a wamp server and connect a midlet to it using the emulator? If yes, could I get help in how this can be done. Or is there specific server software i need to test and use the connection.

Thanks

You can use the Sun WTK or the Sony Ericsson SDK to test network connections. If you are running on the same computer, just use the 127.0.0.1 address to connect to the server.

The Sony Ericsson SDK contains a network monitor that tracks all the messages sent from the emulator.
