Hello,

I work for a company that has sent numerous bug reports to Samsung engineering contacts that have not been responsive. Does anyone have a good contact at Samsung that works in or with the team responsible for their Blu-ray player firmware?

If so, please contact me at @gmail.com.

Thank you so much for your assistance! We really just want to help make all Blu-ray players better in any way that we can.

Sincerely,
Jeff

Thank you everyone for your help. I was able to get a response from Samsung via the BDA.

Could you tell the email/web link or phone # at BDA that provided you with Samsung contact info?

Thanks in advance.

Certainly. I sent an email to the BDA License Office: agent@blu-raydisc.info. I expressed my interest in helping to improve the quality of the Blu-ray consumer experience and that I had been having problems making contact with Samsung.

Good luck!

Thanks for the info.

Jeff,

If your company is a BDA member, they have available an
interoperability contact list which lists contacts for many
manufacturers. You'd also have the option of taking part in BDA-
sponsored RRTs to work with Samsung directly.

Cheers,
Joe

Unfortunately, despite our requests, my company has opted out of becoming a BDA member.
