I just finished reading the HDCookbook and am having trouble getting started with building the stubs/platform definition. I have read over the wiki article on the shell script many times but have yet to complete it successfully. I have the folders set up correctly with all the right .zips and .jar from the bda but yet still no prevail.

Can some tell me what packages need to be install with the cygwin setup so the shell script doesn't fail. I found the zip/unzip/find packages in package list but am still having trouble with the java compiler. The packages listed in the setup program doesn't have packages named the same as the javac or javadoc commands. I grabbed the gcj package and changed the the javac commands in the shell script to use gcj instead but got errors on those commands.

gcj:couldn't run 'ootclasspath-gcc-3.4.4':no such file or directory.

Plus i couldn't find the javadoc command equivalent in gcj.

Obviously I am not setting up the right packages with cygwin install, because I should be able to run the shell script with cygwin with no effort right???. Bill or any other people on the forum help me out. It would be a major help.
