How to configure myjxta to work over internet ??

I want myjxta to work as a messanger to communicate over internet with other peers... After reading this artical http://weblogs.java.net/blog/gonzo/archive/2005/02/my_myjxta.html I did following settings ...
Added following line to myjxta.xml

Added following lines to profile.xml

udp://

But i cant find any groups or peers when i searches for them...

Anybody can please gude me through this.....

Enable outgoing connections - checked Hide private address - unchecked
Enable incoming connections - unchecked

HTTP Settings:
Enabled- checked
Manual - unchecked fe80::5584:3f17:f0c5:d774 port 80

Enable outgoing connections - checked Hide private address - unchecked
Enable incoming connections - unchecked

Why there is so much little support for JXTA ... . . . .? ,,
both in terms of learning it as well as discovering other peers
I was reading this posts . ..

everybody is facing similar problems ..
Or is it the case that JXTA is Only for private newworks .. it should not be used for worldwide p2p networks.. if it is not true then what is the way to find peers faster ?
