Softbuttons on TouchScreen device a LWUIT Feature?

Hi,
perhaps a simple Question.

If i run apps that makes with lwuit, i see on new touchscreen device (e.g Nokia N97) a virtual keypad with arrow keys an a fire key. You can see it here: http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/4831/n97lwuitdemo.png

It is a LWUIT feature or an nokia feature?
It is customizeable to switch on/off?

That's nokia feature. Use in JAD:
Nokia-MIDlet-On-Screen-Keypad: no
