FATAL ERROR using Tray

Hi all,

I am a fan user of Stopwatch a nice Java application tracking time spent on projects...

Unfortunately, from the last update of my station by the IT I can't launch it anymore and I come to you because it seems that it's coming from org.jdesktop.jdic.tray.internal.impl.DisplayThread.initTray native method.

First I got an error log saying:

#
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
#
# EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x6d8fd8f5, pid=616, tid=4072
#
# JRE version: 6.0_15-b03
# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (14.1-b02 mixed mode, sharing windows-x86 )
# Problematic frame:
# V [jvm.dll+0xfd8f5]
#
# If you would like to submit a bug report, please visit:
#

Then I launched the application with the -Xcheck:jni argument and I saw that's it could be related to JDIC. I downloaded the last windows version I found (Version 0.9, Release 4) and tried to launch the Tray demo but I got the same error:

FATAL ERROR in native method: Wrong object class or methodID passed to JNI call
at org.jdesktop.jdic.tray.internal.impl.DisplayThread.initTray(Native Method)
at org.jdesktop.jdic.tray.internal.impl.DisplayThread.run(Unknown Source)
- locked <0x2801e4e0> (a java.lang.Class for org.jdesktop.jdic.tray.inte
rnal.impl.DisplayThread)

Could you help me?

Well it is now working!

Unfortunately I don't know at all how it was resolved. Since yesterday, what I can tell is that I restarted at least once but beside that I have no clue.

Sorry if anybody else is facing the same issue :S
