6u14-b06 appears to fix issue in IE8 with plugin taking a long time

Since running Windows 7 RC and IE8 I have had to disable the java plugin due to it taking almost 30 secs to respond and open pages in IE8, I have now installed 6u14-b06 and web pages are responding as expected.
I did get a crash recently, details below:

A close down of IE, clear out of any stray ie processes and upon next opening java ran fine.
Hopefully this was a one off and unrelated, I'll keep you posted of any further issues.
