Hi as topic,
is there a way to manage JAD file on servers that doesn't support java?

If I add
text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor
mime type on my server that doesn't support java,
and then point the browser to JAD file it open the jad file as a text file...

Is there a workaround for this problem?
Please help...

what phone are you using? Are you sure it supports OTA (over-the-air) installing of Java?

Also did you add the jar mimetype to your server?
application/java-archive

Did you restart the server? What server is it? Apache, Xitami, Jo!, some other??

What file did you update the server's config, or just the local .htaccess?
