Using Deployment Toolkit --> the two jre one after another

2 month ago I had "hand made" an Applet.
Now I am migrating it to the "Deployement Toolkit" (it simplefies greatly ).
It works fine for all exept one important issue : It opens two jvp one after another.
One when it reads HTMl, the other when it reads JNLP.

Could not there be a way to say "Please open only one JVM .... and wait until you have read the parameters in JNLP file ?

Sorry I forgot to give th surces code.

1) The new code with Deployement Toolkit (with 2 jvm opening...):

Ok after some more test.
It looks like a regression issue from update_13 (worked) to update_14
