I have macbook OS X 10.5.6, firefox 3.0.7, netbeans 6.5.1, jmaki 1.8.1, mysql 5.1.29 and java 1.6.0_07

Netbeans creates for a jmaki project:
jmaki.subscribe("*onSelect", function(args) {
}
Question is:
dojo.combobox finds that onSelect:

but dojo.dijit.combobox does not:

This earlier post works for dojo.dijit.combobox:

Looking at the dojo.dijit.comobbox component.js I see:

192: processActions(publish, _val, _val.targetId, 'onSelect', _val);

You sould be getting event.

can you put the following at the top of your page:

Now let me know what you see when you select the item. You should also see if the subscriber picked up the event.

This is ok:
"Looking at the dojo.dijit.combobox component.js I see:
192: processActions(publish, _val, _val.targetId, 'onSelect', _val);"

Firefox and safrari do not accept this:
"

"

Firebug tells:
"jmaki is not defined
jmaki.debug = true;"

The first line of my index.jsp is:
<%@ taglib prefix="a" uri="http://jmaki/v1.0/jsp" %>
