If Windows Mobile doesn't recognize the .jad file that means that the file association in Windows Mobile is not set correctly. Open windows explorer, go to tools => folder options => file types. There you can select an existing file extension, or create a new one, and change the program used to open it.

I read in another forum that java apps just don`t run on Win OS, but since everything`s doable... does somebody have any instructions, program or app to make j2me apps run on winmo?
on the other hand, with the problem you describe it sounds like the "reader" jad is missing out sth to describe the jar core!?!?! correct me if I`m wrong, please.
