Hello guys , I was wondering if you tried the micro-emulator out. I tried it out and got it running but for some reason , my midlet gets the bottom 1/4 of the screen cut off and replaced by a white space. I know this might not be related to LWUIT but if anyone had the similar issue please let me know. Thanks.

If this is reproducible in the current SVN please file an issue with
screenshots and code to reproduce the issue.
Notice that this might occur due to security prompts and belated
screen size change events.

I was trying microemulator this morning and noticed the same problem, it seems to be related to microemulator and is already fixed, just use the current snapshot version:

For anyone unable to upgrade their microemulator:

I encountered this and noticed that in the generic skin's device.xml file, the
rectangle had a height 3/4 of the display height in the tag. Fixing that fixed the issue.

Hi shai the thread title is not the complete question I was asking and I could not find much related to this issue. I asked if people using the microemulator had the last quarter of the canvas cut off and replaced by a white background. I.e the command bar was completely gone and replaced by a block of colour. Since people using LWUIT are actually using microemulator, I wanted to have some feedback from them and see if anyone encountered this.

Hi there, I can reproduce this on my emulator too. last quarter gets cut off by a huge command bar and I don't see the default command on the left. On the right I see this "Start" button. When I click on it all the commands appear. When I click on the left button (default command) it does function but cannot be seen.

Command bar is not gone it exists but takes large space at the bottom.

Thank you Casan. Very much appreciated. This is somehow annoying since the microemulator cannot be really used for demoing purposes.
