Can use name of "JavaME" in my commercial product? Is it copyright-ed by Sun? Thanks!
It depends on where and how you want to use it. As part of your product name - no. In description of your product, for example in product documentation or on the web - yes, provided that you follow the Sun trademark guidelines: http://www.sun.com/policies/trademarks/.
BTW, "Java ME" is usually spelled with a space between "Java" and "ME".
Then can i use it as a dynamical lib name, as lib123javame.so which is one of my dynamical libs, my product name is called "zigzag" for example, it is a zip package, lib123javame.so is packaged in it?
