JSF: Possible to bind objects inside of ui:repeat?

Just curious. I haven't gotten a chance to try this yet.

First, is it possible to use a binding attribute inside of ui:repeat?

Where #{bean.list} is a list of UIOutput components?

Second, are there any issues to be aware of when doing this?

Hmm, actually, the example I gave you does not use "binding"..

I think that should be possible. I haven't tried that myself, but I found a similar example here:

Thanks, yeah, my only concern is when using the binding="" attribute, because I haven't gotten binding to work in all cases.

Such as when binding a component from a getter method, without a setter or corresponding field.
