Has been a while since I don't post here but now is the time again, I'm migrating my application to an osgi environment using jetty as servlet container I'm using jsf with Apache Myfaces. I'm able to display the basic jsf tags, now I want to use jmaki. but when I try to use a jmaki widget I get this Error. Does any one have a pointer or what should I do to solve it.

javax.faces.FacesException: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: The absolute uri: http://java.sun.com/jmaki-jsf cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application
at org.apache.myfaces.context.servlet.ServletExternalContextImpl.dispatch(ServletExternalContextImpl.java:431)

Thanks

So are you looking for more on JSF Listeners?

There is a writeup here:

https://ajax.dev.java.net/jmakieventlistenertag.html

Most of the work is done in tags.
