JavaFX 1.1 still not officially available for Linux and Solaris

I saw the news that JavaFX 1.1 has been released, with support for Mobile applications.

Unfortunately, it's still only available for Windows and Mac.

I understand that Sun's layoffs have hit the Java division particularly hard, but does anybody have any idea when JavaFX and associated tools will be officially available for Linux and/or OpenSolaris, and relatively easy to install on those systems? I was able to install it and run it successfully it on OpenSolaris 2008.11, but I had to jump through quite a few hoops to do it.

You can debug JavaFX on Linux.
