hi,
with the normal Alert from midp it is possible to display some Displayable after the user has for example clicked the Alert away.. specifically with Display.setCurrent(a, returnScreen);
Is there any similar functionality with the LWUIT Dialog ?
thanks in advance

also :
I just have been playing with a normal Dialog (which should inform the user that a connection is being established) only then the ALert of the OS pops up asking for permission for a connection, when this happens the Dialog is replaced with the OS alert and it wont come back... any workaround or methods available to reshow the Dialog ?

There is no need for that in LWUIT which features modal dialogs.
modalDialog.show();

// this will occur after the modal dialog is dismissed!
nextForm.show();
