Hello,

jMaki should now be usable with PHP.

I have installed the "jMaki Ajax Support" plugin in NetBeans (6.5beta).

But what should I do to have jMaki's widgets in palette when editing a PHP file ?

What did I miss ?

Thanks for help/hints.

There are two versions of the jMaki Plugin now. One supports basic HTML and PHP and the other extends the basic plugin to provide Java EE support.

For your case you simply need the PHP 6.5 beta and the jMaki :

You can find the plugin here:

https://ajax.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=7943&exp...

File name:

org-netbeans-modules-sun-jmaki.nbm

Just install the plugin and restart Netbeans. You should see the widgets in the snippets palette after that. To use the widget simpply drag a widget into your PHP page.

You can also chose to have a New->jMaki Page template if you want a starting point (html + css)

Let us know if you have problems.
