Can't start remote Sun Application Server 9.1 from Eclipse Ganymede

I have installed Sun Application Server 9.1 on my server and got it up running. I can access the admin console from my client. From within Eclipse Ganymede I have downloaded the Glassfish V2 Java EE 5 adapter and changed the port numbers and the host name accordingly.

However, when I try to start the server from within Eclipse - which is located on my client, not my server - it gives me two error messages:

"The system cannot find the path specified."

After awhile I get a popup saying:

"Starting Glassfish V2 Java EE 5 at xxx has encountered a problem. Server Glassfish V2 Java EE 5 at xxx failed to start"

And that's it. What am I doing wrong?

What version of Eclipse and what version of the plugin are you using? Perhaps you can check the log files, both for eclipse and the server? Perhaps it's not finding your domain.
