hi everbody,

Today i upgraded from weekly build #61 to the latest one.

Looking at the api documentation I was a little bit confused.
I only found the packages:javafx.- animation, reflect, lang and util

What happened to javafx.application, scene, ext.swing, ...?

Also I didn't found several jar files in the lib folder (e.g. javafxgui.jar, javafx-swing.jar)

Where do I get the latest version of these libraries?
What am I overseeing?

kind regards

Lukas

The GUI library has been removed from the compiler distribution:

It seems developers are expected to work with the Preview SDK. I made the mistake of never switching to the SDK but rather sticking to the continuous builds. As a result, I have code right now that only works on both compiler and library of my snapshot of that time.

So in other words, just work with the Preview SDK and wait for new official releases to come?

That's what seems to be on their mind, yes.
