We have a peer that's behind a slow proxy server, and it's having a tough time communicating with peers at large. After continuously trying for days, it finally get *some* of the messages through to peers. I don't have control over the proxy server. Are there settings in JXTA that I can use to improve the peer's communication to outside?

Hi,

If your peer 'has' to access the net through the proxy and if you don't have control over that proxy, then there is little you can do. Make sure the peer has proper access to RDV and Relay seeds. You can also double-check for open ports on the proxy and make sure your peer use these.

Sorry,

J.
