I tried runmidlet.exe on wince arm, and got a error "Midlet Suite could not be run". I checked the code and find there are logging in code to record the running steps and point out where is the error. But how to enable it? and where is the log file located?

Based on phoneME Feature MR2,

To see log, you need to edit constants.xml in midp folder as following

1. Set REPORT_LEVEL in Constants

2. Add constant value setting as following :
Scope="public">
...
Name="LC_LOWUI"
Value="2000"
JavaOnly="false"
NativeOnly="true"
Comment="Low level UI module channel"/>
...

3. Check Constant's Name and Value from LogChannels in constants.xml

And, clean and rebuild.

You can see the log in terminal.
You may run runmidlet in command mode.
