Publishing EAR from Ganymede

I publish EAR from Eclipse Ganymede to GlassFish v.2 server...
I have several libs which are added to the EAR project to EarContent/lib/ directory and one lib which are added to EarContent/ directory. The last one and two from the EarContent/lib/ directory were treated by Eclipse as Modules - Eclipse put them to the Modules section of the Deployment Descriptor.
When I pulblish the EAR the content of the EAR is compiled incorrectly. The libs, which are treated by Eclipse as Modules, are repackaged to the packages with same names one more time. For example:
my-ear.ear
-my-lib.jar->my-lib.jar
-lib2.jar->lib2.jar

If I just do Export of the EAR everything is fine.

Does anybody have the same problem?

Currently I am using GlassFish Java EE 5 Server v.1.0.5. plugin which is available from the update site.

Sorry. It is not really about the GlassFish plugin.
It's a org.eclipse.jst.server.generic.core bug.
