awt.Frame setMenuBar does not appear to work?

There is indeed a bug in the menubar component. The problem is that the menu
in the democlasses.jar test application appears to work fine on Windows
Mobile 2003. I.e. I get the File menu with the Graphics, Font, Event, ...
menuitems.

However, the same cvm binary and test application fail to work on Windows
Mobile 5 or higher. I get a dummy "MenuItem" entry instead of the ones above.
I am not quite sure what is causing this. I cannot test, because I have some
compilation error due a recent commit in the svn tree.
