I everybody. I was reading the license of phoneme and I think it's OK but i just want to be sure : I work for OpenSource society and I want put phoneme in my installer package with my applications to make it easier to install , Am i allowed to do this ??

To be specific about your question (disclaimer: I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice):
phoneME is released under GPLv2 *without* the classpath exception so combining phoneME with an application in a single package likely constitutes a "combined works" and therefore the terms of the GPLv2 license would also apply to your application (meaning you would have to provide it under the terms of GPLv2 as well).

This is nothing specific about phoneME but just straight interpretation of the GPL terms.
