Hi everybody,

I am using JWS technology to start rich apps and i would like to let JWS automatically create shortcuts in "Program Files/bla/bla..."..

I have added the "shortcut" section in my JNLP but was unable to make it work. Nevertheless, when i use the JWS control panel (javaws -viewer) and manually ask him to create/install the shortcuts, everything works fine!!!

I have also checked in the JWS Control Panel the default settings for Shortcut Creation and set them to "Always Allow"

Any idea/suggestion warmly welcome!

Thanks a lot for your help!

Jean-Baptiste

Here is my JNLP file:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

Thanks but tat does not change anything, the behavior is still the same and my shortcuts are still not automatically created.

Does somebody know how to create the shortcuts with javaws using the command line ?
Then, i could launch this command line from my app in order to install the shortcuts ?

Thanks
