I am having the following two issues on a Samsung SGH-D900i:

1. Bitmap fonts does not show. I am using the Ant task instead of the ResourceEditor to create my resource file as suggested by Shai in another post. (This trick worked for the Nokia 6300, but on the Samsung SGH-D900i the fonts are still not showing).

2. I have a simple form with a list. When I press the down button once it gets stuck in a loop as if I am holding the down button continuously. (Look like the keyRelease/keyUp even on the Canvas does not fire).

IHi,

I am using the latest code drop LWUIT_20080625.

How can I determine the device VM? System.getProperty("microedition.platform") returns only "j2me".

With the LWUITDemo I get the same bitmap font problem. Strangely I dont get the button press problem with LWUITDemo.

Thanks
Ferdie

Hi,
This behavior is weired, I assume the device has some sort of bugs in
clipping.
This sort of problems I hope we can resolve once the code will open (I
hope it will happen soon), then I could ask you to modify the code and
to test again.
If anyone knows if this device has an emulator we can download, that
would help.
