I've installed the compiler in c:\openjfx-compiler\dist\...

When I cd to c:\openjfx-compiler\dist\demo and run ant I get

BUILD FAILED
C:\openjfx-compiler\dist\demos\build.xml:9: The following error occurred while executing this line:
C:\openjfx-compiler\dist\demos\Assortis\nbproject\build-impl.xml:75: C:\openjfx-compiler\dist\dist\lib not found.

Is this a problem in one of the build.xml files or do I have the distribution installed in the wrong place?

This issue is being tracked. I will take a look at it later.

Or just copy the necessary jar files from http://openjfx.java.sun.com/current-build/lib
to openjfx-compiler\dist\lib folder.

You need to build the openjfx-compiler at first to create necessary jar files.

> ant

The directory c:\openjfx-compiler\dist\lib already exists and is populated, the problem is that build is looking for c:\openjfx-compiler[u]\dist\dist\[/u]lib for some reason???

Is this a fault in some build.xml file somewhere, or did I configure something wrong somewhere?

Cheers, Eric

You need to put the demos under openjfx-compiler directory:
c:\openjfx-compiler\demos
+ Assortis
+ Calculator
+ Guitar

OK, that helps a bit. But now I get

-do-compile:
[javafxc] Compiling 2 source files to C:\openjfx-compiler\demos\Guitar\build\classes
[javafxc] An exception has occurred in the OpenJavafx compiler (1.0-internal). Please file a bug at the Openjfx-compiler issues home (https://openjfx-compiler.dev.java.net/Issues) after checking for duplicates. Include the following diagnostic in your report and, if possible, the source code which triggered this problem. Thank you.
[javafxc] com.sun.tools.javac.code.Symbol$CompletionFailure: class file for com.sun.scenario.scenegraph.SGNode not found

Check that dist/lib folder contains Scenario.jar library.

Try to run each demo separately.

> ant run
