Hi

I'm using boolean retVal = Dialog. show(......); for Alert.
1. there are too many types of parameters. Can u explain some of them (with examples)?
2. there is Alert with timeout?

TIA
Hezi

Hi Hezi,
Every argument in the dialog methods is documented in the javadoc.
They are all generally variations of the same method with different
use cases from the simplest:
Dialog.show("Title", "Body", "OK", "Cancel");

To the more elaborate which should also answer the second question as
yes:
Dialog.show("Title", bodyComponent, new Command[] {okCommand,
cancelCommand}, Dialog.TYPE_ALARM, null, timeoutInteger);

Explained better here:
https://lwuit.dev.java.net/nonav/javadocs/com/sun/lwuit/
Dialog.html#show(java.lang.String,%20com.sun.lwuit.Component,%
20com.sun.lwuit.Command[],%20int,%20com.sun.lwuit.Image,%20long)

Thanks,
Shai.
