Log javadoc + javadoc jar

All log levels have the same javadoc:
"Constant indicating the logging level Debug is the default and the
lowest level followed by info, warning and error"
https://lwuit.dev.java.net/nonav/javadocs/index.html

is the javadoc available as jar? I'd like to upload it to my local
maven repo for javadoc info in netbeans.

Moreso, we currently don't treat log levels in any way and just print
everything ;-)
This might be useful for subclasses to manipulate though.

The javadoc is within a zip file in the distribution drop.

Thanks,
Shai.
