Where can I get the source of J2ME?
The J2ME API's source.
like the source of "javax.microedition.lcdui.TextBox"
is there one?

I speak for Nokia.

No we haven't, because it would include releasing source code that
doesn't belong to us at all (in case of licensed Virtual Machine) or to
systems whose native development is not possible for third parties, as
the Nokia OS that powers Series 40 phones.
